Grilled Lime Chicken With Pineapple Salsa

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons mustard, 3 tablespoons limeade concentrate and cumin in plastic food storage bag.
  2. Add chicken, seal bag.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
  4. Stir together pineapple, bell pepper, cilantro and remaining mustard and limeade concentreate in medium bowl.
  5. Grill chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in center.
  6. Serve with salsa.
