Teriyaki Tenderloin
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine marinade ingredients and add meat.
- Seal, turn to coat, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Place pork in greased 9x13 pan or casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 425F for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160F.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
