Teriyaki Tenderloin

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine marinade ingredients and add meat.
  2. Seal, turn to coat, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Drain and discard marinade.
  4. Place pork in greased 9x13 pan or casserole dish.
  5. Cover and bake at 425F for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160F.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
