Custard For Pie Or Filling For Cream Puffs Recipe

  1. Heat butter.
  2. Add in sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  3. Add in slowly the lowfat milk.
  4. Heat to boiling over heat.
  5. Add in egg yolks and cook for 2 min longer.
  6. Add in vanilla, stirring constantly.
  7. Cold thoroughly.
  8. Fill cream puff crusts.
  9. Sufficient custard for 12 or possibly 1 (9 inch) pie.
