Spicy Chai Tea
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 5 teaspoons cardamom, ground
- 12 teaspoon ground allspice, ground
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 12 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1 12 teaspoons ginger, ground
- 12 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- To drink hot, add 1 Tablespoon (or more to taste) to cup, pour in brewed tea, and mix.
- To drink iced, pour cooled brewed tea in tall glass, add 1 Tablespoon (or more to taste), stir & add ice cubes.
