Oregano Snapper with Lemon

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  4. Place the fish in a single layer in the baking pan.
  5. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients except the lemon.
  6. Sprinkle over the fish.
  7. Using your fingertips, gently press the mixture so it adheres to the fish.
  8. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  10. Serve with the lemon wedges to squeeze over the fish.
