Easily Made in 5 Minutes! Green Pepper and Carrot Kinpira
- 1 Green pepper
- 5 cm Carrot
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 grams Bonito flakes
- 1 pinch White sesame seeds (optional)
- Cut the green pepper and carrot into thin strips.
- (If you cut the pepper horizontally, the size will be easier to use for bentos or small side-dish plates.)
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Cook Step 1 and once they become slightly tender, stir in the sugar.
- Then pour in the soy sauce, mix it in, and stop the heat.
- Add the bonito flakes and it's done.
- Arrange on a dish and optionally top with white sesame seeds.
