Raspberry Ginger Shandy

  1. Place the raspberries in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small saucepan and combine with the ginger slices, water and sugar.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Strain the raspberry ginger juice through a fine mesh sieve into a small bowl and discard the solids.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Fill a mason jar with ice and pour 4 ounces of mikes hard lemonade with the previously made ingredients.
  8. Stir to combine, garnish with raspberries on top and a wedge of fresh lemon.
