Shredded chicken and rice
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup rotel
- 1 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup white minute rice
- Combine chicken breast, rotel, then cream cheese in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- When ready to serve, cook minute rice on stove top as directed on the box.
- Shred the chicken breast and stir the ingredients well.
- Plate the rice first, then shredded chicken on top and enjoy
