Shredded chicken and rice

  1. Combine chicken breast, rotel, then cream cheese in a crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, cook minute rice on stove top as directed on the box.
  4. Shred the chicken breast and stir the ingredients well.
  5. Plate the rice first, then shredded chicken on top and enjoy
