Prawns Masala

  1. In oil roast the sliced onions, dry coconut and garlic cloves.
  2. Cool and make a paste.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. In oil fry chopped onions till soft , add the prawns a keep stirring for few minutes.
  5. Add water ,Tumeric powder, Red Chilly Powder and Garam Masala.
  6. Keep cooking till the prawns are nearly cooked.
  7. Add the coconut paste , salt and mix well.
  8. Keeping mixing and cooking till the masala covers the prawns.
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve with white rice or parathas.
