Pecan Corn Bread Stuffing With Leeks Recipe

  1. In bowl, stir stuffing mix and soup mix.
  2. Heat butter over medium heat.
  3. Add in pecans; saute/fry.
  4. Add in pecans and butter, corn, water and orange juice to stuffing and toss.
  5. Spoon into 2-qt casserole.
  6. Cover.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  8. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
