MACLAREN'S Cocktail Cheese Coins

• 1 tub (250 g) MacLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese Product
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
• 1-1/4 cups flour
• 2 cups crisp rice cereal

1. Heat oven to 325F.
2. Beat cheese product and oil in large bowl with mixer until blended.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
4. Gradually beat in flour; stir in cereal.
5. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Flatten each, in crisscross pattern, with tines of fork.
7. Bake 15 min.
8. or until lightly browned.
9. Cool 3 min.
10. ; remove to wire racks.
11. Cool slightly or to room temperature.
