Meat Sauce For Spaghetti

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef, pork, onion, green pepper, and garlic and saute until browned, about 10 minutes.
  3. With a slotted spoon to drain off the fat, place the sauteed ingredients in a 4 quart saucepan.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Slowly bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
