Easy Salmon Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Cook onions and garlic in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spread onion mixture, salmon and cheese onto bottom of pie shell.
  6. Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended.
  7. Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended.
  8. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie shell.
  9. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  10. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  11. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.
  12. Let stand 10 min.
  13. ; cut to serve.
