Barbecue Meatballs Ii Recipe
- 2 lb grnd beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 pkt onion soup mix
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 x onions minced
- 2 can tomato paste (12 ounces total)
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into meatballs and brown in a skillet with 1 Tbsp.
- of oil.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Add in all sauce ingredients to crock pot and stir well.
- Add in meatballs and cook, covered, on LOW for 5 to 6 hrs (HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs).
- Serve from the crock pot.
- This recipe yields about 60 meatballs.
- Yield: 60 meatballs
