Bangel Chicken
- 6 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 can (10.75 Oz.) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise Or Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasonings
- 8 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- Roll chicken breasts up and secure with a toothpick.
- Place chicken seam side down in an 11x7 baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise and curry, then spread over the chicken.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- While chicken is baking, combine bread crumbs, cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Melt butter.
- When the timer is finished, pull chicken out of the oven, uncover and pour bread crumb mixture over the top of the chicken, then top with melted butter.
- Place back in the oven and bake for 30 minutes longer.
- Serve with rice.
