Pineapple Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Pour oil around preheated wok or possibly skillet.
  3. Heat at medium high (325 degrees) for 1 minute.
  4. Add in chicken and garlic; stir fry 2-3 min.
  5. Add in pineapple and vegetables.
  6. Cover and cook 3-4 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Add in soy sauce mix and stir fry till sauce bubbles and thickens.
  8. Serve over warm cooked rice.
  9. Yield 4-6 servings.
