Tuna Tom

  1. Boil noodles in large pot.
  2. While noodles are boiling, prepare sun dried tomatoes and parmesian cheeese.
  3. Add vegtables in with boiling pasta, when only 2 minutes until pasta is done.
  4. Drain pasta and vegtable mix; return to pot.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, pepper, and tuna.
  6. Flake tuna into mixture with a fork.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Add parmesian and yogurt.
  9. Serve immeadiately.
  10. You may warm the mix on low heat for 1-2 minutes if desired.
