T-Bone Steaks With Garlic Parsley Sauce

  1. For the sauce: In the work bowl of a food processor, combine all the sauce ingredients.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl.
  4. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
  5. For the steaks: Spray the grill rack with nonstick, nonflammable cooking spray.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Brush both sides of the steaks evenly with oil.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Grill the steaks for 5 minutes per side, or to desired degree of doneness.
  10. Remove the steaks from the grill and let stand for 5 minutes.
  11. Serve with the garlic parsley sauce.
