Greek Orzo Salad

  1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook orzo until tender but still firm, about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain well and rinse with cold water.
  3. Drain.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine orzo with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Toss gently to combine.
