Cheesy Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 3 lb. (1.4 kg) sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sunflower kernels
- Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min.
- or until tender.
- Drain.
- Return potatoes to pan.
- Mash until smooth.
- Add cream cheese, milk, and 2 Tbsp.
- Parmesan; mix until well blended.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and sunflower kernels before serving.
