Rebekah's Favorite Hot Crab Dip

  1. In top of double boiler, melt the margarine with the VELVEETA.
  2. Fold in the crabmeat.
  3. (The mixture will be thin, but will thicken upon standing.)
  4. Spoon into a chafing dish or a fondue pot.
  5. Serve hot with crackers or breadsticks.
  6. Makes about 4 cups.
  7. Notes: Recipe is easily halved.
  8. Reheats well.
  9. Leftovers are especially good reheated and served over toast points.
  10. Personal Note: Rebekah is my daughter and this is her favorite appetizer when she has a party.
  11. This is super simple, and will be the first thing to go at your party.
