Microbiotic Steamed Bread No. 1
- 100 grams Brown rice flour (I used Rible Flower White)
- 1 medium Carrot
- 1 pack Natto (fermented soy beans)
- Grate the carrot without peeling it.
- Mix the natto well.
- Add the brown rice to the carrot and natto from Step 1 and mix well until even.
- Steam the ingredients from Step 2.
- If microwaving, set the microwave at 500 W for about 10 minutes.
- If using a steamer, it should take about 8 minutes.
- This is what it looks like when cut.
- If there isn't enough moisture, add a bit of water.
