Microbiotic Steamed Bread No. 1

  1. Grate the carrot without peeling it.
  2. Mix the natto well.
  3. Add the brown rice to the carrot and natto from Step 1 and mix well until even.
  4. Steam the ingredients from Step 2.
  5. If microwaving, set the microwave at 500 W for about 10 minutes.
  6. If using a steamer, it should take about 8 minutes.
  7. This is what it looks like when cut.
  8. If there isn't enough moisture, add a bit of water.
