Cosmopolitan Fizz-Punch
- 2 limes, sliced
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1/2 cup whole fresh cranberries
- Two 60-ounce bottles cranberry juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 4 cups vodka
- 2 cups triple sec, such as Cointreau
- One 2-liter bottle ginger ale
- Special Equipment: Large ring mold or 10-inch Bundt pan
- Place the lime and orange slices in a large ring mold, layering the slices alternately and sprinkling the cranberries in between each layer.
- Mix together 3/4 cup each cranberry juice, orange juice and water.
- Pour the juice mix over the sliced fruit.
- Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
- Mix the remaining cranberry and orange juices with the vodka and orange liqueur in a punch bowl.
- Just before serving add the ginger ale.
- Unmold the ice ring and float in the punch.
- Serve over ice in rocks glasses.
