Swiss Cheese and Mustard Crackers
- 3 cups unsalted butter
- 3-3/4 qt. shredded Swiss cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 6 each eggs
- 1-1/2 qt. flour
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 6 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- Process butter, cheese and eggs in food processor until well blended, using pulsing action.
- Add remaining ingredients; pulse until mixture forms dough and pulls away from side of work bowl.
- Transfer dough to floured surface; knead until smooth, adding additional flour as necessary.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness; cut into 48 (7x1/2-inch) strips (or into 8 strips for trial recipe).
- Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pans.
- Bake in 350 degrees F-convection oven 12 to 15 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
