40-Minute Barbecued Chicken
- 1 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 3 lb. (1.4 kg) chicken drumettes
- Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit.
- Close lid; heat barbecue to 350 degrees F.
- Pour 3/4 cup barbecue sauce over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat drummettes.
- Place chicken on grate over lit area; grill 2 min.
- Meanwhile, use fork to poke a few holes in large sheet of foil sprayed with cooking spray.
- Place foil on grate over unlit area.
- Turn chicken; place on foil.
- Cover.
- Grill 35 min.
- or until chicken is done (170 degrees F), monitoring for consistent grill temperature and brushing chicken with remaining sauce for the last 5 min.
