Brazilian Vegetable Pie
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup canola oil
- 2 cups skim milk
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 medium chopped tomatoes (unseeded)
- 12 cup chopped green olives
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can green peas
- 1 (15 ounce) jarchopped hearts of palm (drained)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch salt
- Pre-heat oven 350'.
- 1st Dough :Blend all the ingredients for the dough and pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
- Mix vegetables in a bowl.
- Add vinegar, oil and salt and mix well.
- Spread vegetable mix over dough.
- 2nd Dough :Blend all the ingredients for the dough and spread it over vegetable filling.
- Bake until golden brown and toothpick comes out clear.
- Turn off oven and let the pie sit inside it for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
