Leftover Turkey with Cranberry and Papaya Salsa
- 1 pound turkey cooked, thinly sliced crosswise
- 2 1/4 cups papayas freshly diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro freshly chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos minced, or to taste
- 5 tablespoons cranberries, dried
- 1/2 each limes juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground, or to taste
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- Arrange turkey on a serving platter.
- Add remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread salsa over turkey.
- Serve.
