Cheesy Chikuwa Fried Isobe-Style

  1. Cut the cheese into approximate sizes.
  2. Cut the chikuwa in half and stuff the cheese inside.
  3. Cut it in half again.
  4. Mix the tempura flour, water, aonori, and salt together.
  5. Coat the chikuwa from Step 1 in the mixture, and quickly fry them up over a medium~high heat.
  6. They are done once you drain the grease.
  7. Enjoy it together with Cheese IN Chikuwa Fried Yukari Japanese Basil.
  8. Using the leftover batter to make delicious veggie fritters with no wasted materials.
