Cheesy Chikuwa Fried Isobe-Style
- 2 Chikuwa
- 2 slice Sliced cheese
- 2 tbsp Tempura flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp before and after Water
- 1/2 tsp Aonori
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Frying oil
- Cut the cheese into approximate sizes.
- Cut the chikuwa in half and stuff the cheese inside.
- Cut it in half again.
- Mix the tempura flour, water, aonori, and salt together.
- Coat the chikuwa from Step 1 in the mixture, and quickly fry them up over a medium~high heat.
- They are done once you drain the grease.
- Enjoy it together with Cheese IN Chikuwa Fried Yukari Japanese Basil.
- Using the leftover batter to make delicious veggie fritters with no wasted materials.
