Devilled Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
- Marinate pork chops in above mix for at least 1 hour.
- Drain chops, reserving marinade.
- Wipe dry.
- Spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown chops.
- Heat marinade with 1/2 c. water.
- Place chops in a non-metal ovenproof pan.
- Pour heated marinade around chops.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till they are tender.
- Serve with rice or possibly baked potato.
- Serves 4.
- (Cheater's Method: Omit marinating process.
- Pour marinade and water over chops and bake.
- Chops won't be quite so tender, but taste fine.)
