Easy Pulled Pork
- 1 whole Pork Tenderloin
- 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 cups Water, Divided
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- Place your pork tenderloin in a crockpot.
- Combine the apple cider vinegar with half of the water.
- Pour it over the tenderloin.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours, carefully drain the liquid from the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and remaining water.
- Pour it over top of the tenderloin.
- Turn the heat down to low and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Turn the heat off.
- Using 2 forks, shred the tenderloin.
- Serve with BBQ sauce, hot sauce, sweet and sour sauce or any sauce you choose.
