Spring Shrimp Skillet

  1. Add asparagus to saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 min.
  2. Drain.
  3. Immediately rinse with cold water until asparagus is completely cooled; set aside.
  4. Heat large skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add onions, bacon and dressing; stir.
  6. Cook 5 min.
  7. or until onions are tender and bacon is crisp, stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  9. Stir shrimp into onion mixture in skillet; cook 5 min.
  10. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
  11. Add salsa; mix well.
  12. Bring to boil.
  13. Add asparagus.
  14. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min.
  15. or until asparagus is heated through.
  16. Serve with the stuffing.
