Salmon Grilled in Foil

  1. Place salmon.
  2. skin side down, on double layer of heavy duty foil (18 x12 inches).
  3. Combine the spices and sprinkle over the salmon.
  4. Top with onions and tomatoes.
  5. Seal foil around fish.
  6. Grill, covered, over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  7. Open foil carefully; steam can burn!
