Salmon Grilled in Foil
- 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 onion, small, cut into rings
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- Place salmon.
- skin side down, on double layer of heavy duty foil (18 x12 inches).
- Combine the spices and sprinkle over the salmon.
- Top with onions and tomatoes.
- Seal foil around fish.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Open foil carefully; steam can burn!
