Tomato Aspic Salad Recipe

  1. Heat 2 c. V8 juice to boiling, and dissolve Jello.
  2. Cold.
  3. Add in remaining 1 1/2 c. V8 juice, lemon juice, grated lemon peel, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco.
  4. Mix in celery, green pepper, and green onion.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve with a dab of mayonnaise.
  8. Serves 8 - 10.
