Dulce de Leche Mousse Cups

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Microwave butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 sec.
  3. or just until softened.
  4. Add sugars, flour and orange juice; mix well.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Refrigerate 15 min.
  7. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix, milk and dulce de leche in separate medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  8. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  10. Drop tablespoonfuls of nut mixture, 4 inches apart, into 8 mounds on foil-covered baking sheets.
  11. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  12. or until crisp and lightly browned.
  13. Cool on baking sheet 1 min.
  14. Meanwhile, use scissors to cut foil around cookies, making cut about 1 inch from edge of each cookie.
  15. Transfer 1 cookie (with foil) to wire rack; carefully bend edge to resemble cup.
  16. Repeat with remaining cookies.
  17. Cool until firm.
  18. Peel foil carefully off cookie cups.
  19. Fill each cup with 1/3 cup pudding mixture just before serving.
