Dulce de Leche Mousse Cups
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, finely chopped
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche (sweetened milk caramel)
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Microwave butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 sec.
- or just until softened.
- Add sugars, flour and orange juice; mix well.
- Stir in nuts.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mix, milk and dulce de leche in separate medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of nut mixture, 4 inches apart, into 8 mounds on foil-covered baking sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until crisp and lightly browned.
- Cool on baking sheet 1 min.
- Meanwhile, use scissors to cut foil around cookies, making cut about 1 inch from edge of each cookie.
- Transfer 1 cookie (with foil) to wire rack; carefully bend edge to resemble cup.
- Repeat with remaining cookies.
- Cool until firm.
- Peel foil carefully off cookie cups.
- Fill each cup with 1/3 cup pudding mixture just before serving.
