Stir-Fry Steak & Rice Salad
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) instant white rice, uncooked
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06

- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
- or until done.
- Add water and stir-fry sauce; bring to boil.
- Add rice; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- Stir in cabbage, carrots and nuts.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Stir before serving.
