BOCA Essentials Chile Black Bean Burgers with Kimchee & Creamy Gochujang
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 16 each frozen BOCA Essentials Chile Black Bean Burgers
- 16 each sesame seed hamburger buns
- 4 tsp. scallions, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups kimchee, drained
- Combine mayo and gochujang; set aside.
- Cook burgers on well-oiled 350 degrees F griddle or flat-top grill 8 to 10 min.
- or until internal temperature registers 160 degrees F, turning halfway.
- Spread bottom half of 1 bun with about 2 Tbsp.
- mayo mixture.
- Top with 1/4 tsp.
- scallions, 1 burger, 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- kimchee and top half of bun.
