Grilled pork and vegetables fried rice

  1. Chop Bacon and cook over medium high till almost crisp
  2. Add garlic cook till fragrant
  3. Add rice mix till everything is well incorporated.
  4. Cook for 5 mins stirring once
  5. Add pork stir till everything is incorporated.
  6. cook 5 mins stirring once
  7. Add veggies (I used zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and onions use what you like) stir.
  8. Cook 5 mins stirring once
  9. Add sweet chilli, teriyaki sauce and oyster sauce (use sparingly the oyster sauce is strong) cook 5 mins or till all moisture is evaporated
  10. Add salt (probably wont need much) and pepper to taste

pork, grilled veggies, leftover rice, bacon, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, salt
