Spaghetti Sauce And Lasagna Recipe
- 3 pound grnd chuck
- 1 pound (1/2 lb.) Italian sausage
- 1/2 lg. onion, minced
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- Salt and pepper
- Lots of oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 lg. Ragu sauce
- 1 lg. tomato sauce
- Brown grnd chuck and onions.
- In separate pan, brown Italian sausage.
- Add in cooked sausage to cooked grnd chuck.
- Add in all seasonings.
- Add in large regular Ragu sauce and tomato sauce and simmer 1/2 hrs.
- In 9x12 inch pan, layer sauce, cheeses, lasagna noodles, till pan is full.
- Top layer should be cheese.
- CHEESE: Mozzarella, flat cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
