Easy Vegetable Toss

  1. Add broccoli, cauliflower and beans to boiling water in large saucepan.
  2. Cook 3 to 5 min.
  3. or just until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. (Do not overcook.)
  5. Drain.
  6. Immediately rinse with very cold water; drain again.
  7. Place vegetable mixture in large serving bowl.
  8. Add peppers; mix lightly.
  9. Cover.
  10. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  11. Add dressing and cheese just before serving; toss to coat.
