Citrus Chicken

  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  2. Combine orange and lime juice, garlic, cumin and cilantro.
  3. Add breast strips and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. In wok, heat canola oil over high heat.
  5. Add breast strips and stir fry until done.
  6. Remove.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Add peppers, onion and green onion.
  9. Stir-fry until crisp tender.
  10. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  11. Warm tortillas.
  12. Fill each tortilla with 1 cup chicken/vegetable mixture.
  13. Serve.
