Easy Meat Sauce
- 150 grams Ground beef
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
- 400 ml Tomato juice
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2 Consomme cubes
- 1 as required Salt and pepper
- 1 Oil
- Mince the carrot and onion.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and carrot.
- Saute over medium ~ high heat until the onion becomes soft and wilted.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Next, stir-fry the ground beef.
- When cooked through, add the flour, and mix quickly to keep the flavor inside.
- After Step 3, be careful not to burn it.
- Return the ingredients quickly from Step 2 to the pan.
- Pour the tomato juice.
- Turn down the heat to medium-low.
- Add the ketchup, consomme, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, salt, and pepper.
- When the consomme is dissolved, turn down the heat to low.
- Cover with a lid, and simmer.
- Simmer for 30-60 minutes according to your taste, and done!
- Eat as meat spaghetti.
- Or bake as a meat doria.
