Kidney Bean and Orange Salad
- 2 cans (15-1/2 oz. each) red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- Mix beans, tomatoes, oranges, peppers and onions in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
