Grilled Coffee Crusted Steaks
- 1 T-Bone Steak (or New York Strip, Rib Eye or whichever you prefer)
- 1 TBSP ground Coffee
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Mix dry rub ingredients and season steak.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
- (flip over a few times).
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Grill steak directly over the heat to your personal liking.
- (rotate on grill as needed to avoid hot spots).
- When your steak is perfectly cooked to your liking remove from the grill and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
