Chai Banana Bread
- 1 34 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup sugar
- 12 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe mashed bananas
- 12 cup brewed chai tea
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, mayonnaise and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Mix in mashed bananas, chai, vanilla and walnuts.
- Add flour mixture and stir until all ingredients are moistened.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.
- Cook on rack 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
