Hamburger Patties, Better Than A Restaurant?

  1. Soak the panko in the milk.
  2. Mince the onion.
  3. Put everything from Step 1 and ingredients into a bowl and mix (you don't have to knead it too much).
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan on high heat.
  5. While it is heating up, divide the mixture into 5, and form round patties (the patties will be quite soft).
  6. Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes, and then flip over.
  7. Cook for another 10 minutes on a low to medium heat.
  8. Put the ingredients for the sauce into a small saucepan, and start heating.
  9. Once it has reduced and thickened, the sauce is ready.
  10. Serve the hamburger patty on a plate, and pour the sauce over it.
  11. Done.
