plum glaze

  1. put marinate on meat put into refrigerator 8-12 hours.
  2. remove meat /ribs boil glaze add the marinate to glaze return to boil reduce heat simmer till plums fall apart you can strain if you like .
  3. half the cup for serving with ribs the other half for basting ribs

pineapple juice, yellow onions, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, sherry, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, oil, kosher salt
