Easy Raspberry BBQ Pork Chops

  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, and vinegar in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until chunky.
  3. Add to bbq sauce in a small sauce pot.
  4. Reduce by 1/4.
  5. Toss pork chops with enough oil to cover.
  6. Season.
  7. Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145-155, or desired doneness.
