Easy Raspberry BBQ Pork Chops
- 3 thick pork chops
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1 salt
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce
- 4 oz raspberries
- 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Combine raspberries, sugar, and vinegar in a food processor.
- Pulse until chunky.
- Add to bbq sauce in a small sauce pot.
- Reduce by 1/4.
- Toss pork chops with enough oil to cover.
- Season.
- Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145-155, or desired doneness.
