Ham and Pepper Mozzarella Pizzas
- 4 thick slices ciabatta bread
- 1 red pepper, roasted and peeled
- 1 yellow pepper, roasted and peeled
- 4 slices parma ham, cut into strips
- 3 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch black pepper
- tiny fresh basil leaf, to garnish
- Lightly toast the bread on both sides until golden.
- Cut the roast peppers in strips and arrange on the bread with the ham.
- Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange on top.
- Season to taste with pepper.
- Place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
- Serve garnished with basil leaves.
