Weight Watcher Banana Bread Recipe
- 2 slices bread crumbs (white, raisin, whole wheat)
- 2/3 c. dry skim lowfat milk
- 2 Sweet 'N low
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon diet butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon any other flavor extract
- 1 banana, mashed
- Mix dry ingredients; add in liquids and blend till smooth.
- Divide proportionately into 2 small loaf pans sprayed with Pam.
- Bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
