Salmon with Soba Noodles, Edamame, Carrots and Sesame Seeds
- 1 whole Salmon Fillet
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds, Toasted
- 1 whole Carrot, Thinly Sliced
- 2 pinches Salt, Black Pepper
- 1 cup Frozen Edamame
- 8 ounces, weight Soba Noodles
- 1 stalk Green Onion, Sliced (Optional, For Garnish)
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Pour some sesame oil in a skillet and once the oven has reached 350F, put it in the oven.
- When the oil is hot (it should look thinner to you), put the salmon fillet on the skillet , sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook it in the oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on how you like your salmon and how thick the fillet is).
- In the meantime, pour water in a pot.
- Add the carrot, salt, and boil the water.
- When the water is boiling (and you are ready to eat), add the edamame and soba noodles to the water.
- Cook the soba noodles for 3-4 minutes.
- Put salmon on top of the noodles and carrots and serve immediately.
